This page uses:

Using Editor:

• Classic (for this example)
• Other Editors (plugins) can be used

Featured Image:  

• Optional
• Boxed – showcased above (full width featured image is available on another template)

Widget sidebar:  

• Yes
• Edit Widgets Login > Appearance > Widgets > edit

How to swap the template for a different one:

• Login > Pages > Select/Add page > Page Attributes¹ > Template > select

Don’t forget to click UPDATE after swapping your template
